Having met Manish in his Systems Thinking Workshop at the end of last October,  no other external source has had a more profound impact on the way I think or act. He has done so simply through debate, discourse and dialogue. The Systems Thinking Workshop that Manish created and runs is incredibly engaging. During this workshop, Manish not only introduced me to a plethora of topics that are applicable to all aspects of my life, but he also gives attendees opportunities to challenge the theories being presented and to present their own theories to be challenged. I left this workshop with a new set of theoretical tools that I can use to tackle any problem, a rekindled passion to pursue my purpose and goals, many topics and great thinkers to research and learn more about, an enlarged network of colleagues and friends, and a tendency to take a more active approach to solving or dissolving problems in my personal and professional life.
